Sally Wilder, founder, specializes in executive coaching and organization development for startups to large corporations. With extensive knowledge of human behavior and organizational effectiveness, she gets to the heart of any matter through in-depth analysis and skillful communication. She effectively coaches company leaders, enabling them to guide their teams confidently and capably.
Sally Wilder received a BA in Sociology from Indiana University. She holds a Master’s degree from San Jose State University and is a graduate of University Associates, as well as a Certified Trainer in Organization Development, Situational Leadership, Hogan Assessments and MBTI, Myers-Briggs. She worked as a facilitator for the Interpersonal Dynamics Course in the MBA program at Stanford University.
Tash has worked for over a decade as an executive coach and strategic consultant, supporting clients in their efforts to foster employee engagement and strong organizational cultures.
Previously, they were the director of Coaching at Paradigm, a diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy firm.
In addition to their work as a coach, Tash is an acclaimed speaker and facilitator, with invited workshops and keynotes at American Express, Burberry, GAP, Airbnb, Hulu, Capital One, The Atlantic, General Assembly, Spotify, Morgan Stanley, and Audible, among others.
Tash has taught at Haas School of Business (UC Berkeley) and California College of the Arts. Tash is a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West and they hold a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Claremont Graduate University.
Chloe Wilder specializes in leadership, executive, and integral coaching. Her background is in education, Di and EdTech and she received her Masters in 2012 from Columbia University, Teachers College in Multicultural Education. After spending a few years in diverse and international education environments, Chloe started at a pioneering EdTech start-up. During her 5+ years there she saw them through their acquisition by a Fortune 500 company.
Chloe has now returned to her vocation of coaching and is completing The Professional Coaching Certification program through New Ventures West.
